Working Principle

  1. Feeding & Leveling:​ Raw material is fed into the unit via a feeding device and straightened by leveling rollers to correct sheet curvature.
  2. Progressive Forming:​ The metal sheet passes sequentially through multiple forming roller stands, gradually shaping into the required profile cross-section.
  3. Automatic Cutting:​ The formed profile is cut to length by a hydraulic or pneumatic cutting system, with accurate and adjustable length control.
