Product description

The Cold Roll Forming Machine is a high-precision processing equipment that continuously cold-bends metal sheets or strips through multiple sets of rollers. Utilizing the principle of plastic deformation of metals, it processes steel plates, galvanized sheets, stainless steel plates, color-coated plates, or aluminum plates into various cross-sectional shapes such as formed steel, roof panels, wall panels, light gauge steel frames, and industrial profiles.

Working Principle

The Cold Roll Forming Machine applies continuous plastic deformation to metal sheets through multiple sets of cold bending rollers, gradually shaping the sheets into the desired cross-section. The sheet enters the machine frame via uncoiling, leveling, and guiding devices, undergoes step-by-step forming by the rollers which releases internal stress, and is finally output as finished product through a cutting device.
